The Chelsean New York Hotel

The location was unbeatable, steps away from Times Square. The washrooms were spotless and the concierge was exceptionally helpful. Although the property felt outdated, the value for money was outstanding, and the front desk staff were friendly and efficient.

Despite a few hiccups with room cleanliness and staff interactions, the convenient location close to Times Square and other local attractions made it easy to explore the city. The ability to pay incidentals in cash and receive them back promptly at check out was a convenient perk of the stay.

Great Location and Excellent Service!

The staff at this hotel were amazing during these tough times and made my stay really comfy. The view of the Empire State Building all lit up was a big plus, brightened my days for sure! The room was spacious and kept spotless, plus the beds were super cozy - had the best night's sleep there! 🌃 Optional: It's nice that they have a night club and live entertainment. The air conditioner was a bit slow, but overall it didn't bother me much.

Location and rooms are great, I enjoyed comfortable bed. The restaurant serves delicious international food. It offers fast check-in.

Contemporary hotel, I liked its central location right by Flatiron district, Madison Square Garden area, a nice area and the subway. I was met by helpful and attentive staff at the lobby.

The small inconveniences were overshadowed by the overall positive impression, making it a place I would consider staying at again.

The room was spacious, had a quiet atmosphere, and the staff was friendly, bringing a mini-fridge quickly upon request. The location was superb, close to great spots like Whole Foods and the High Line – just a quick subway ride to anywhere in the city. Although the hotel wasn't dirt cheap, it was reasonably-priced for April. 👌 Some reception staff were a bit less friendly, but it didn't overshadow the overall positive experience.

Its very central location in relation to the various places to visit, close to a subway station of the red line that goes to the South of Manhattan and also close to a super grocery store; Welcome of the staff; cleanliness.

Just a laundry room is missing.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable, so we had a really great stay. Very good staff and location, we appreciated our stay in the hotel. The property was an excellent base for enjoying a great area, near restaurants, Penn Station, places to eat.

Let me tell you about the mouth-watering Hungarian beef stew at the nearby Rare Chelsea – it was a flavor explosion! The local spots like Seven Grams Caffe and Chelsea Gourmet Deli served up some serious eats. Plus, Westside Brew House had me sipping on some killer brews under the city lights.

I was on a low floor, so the view wasn't grand, but who needs a skyline when you've got the city at your doorstep? Sure, the rooms had a vintage vibe with cracked tiles and antique charm, but it added to the NYC experience.

Staff were delightful and we also loved our stay. They gave us a queen room with a fantastic view. Had cold drinks in the outdoor bar.

Very kind staff who spoiled us: gift, help with the visits to be made, offered a fridge in the room. The area is ideal for visits - the metro is close by. The restaurant of the hotel is very good

My squad and I had a lit time in NYC, hitting up the American Museum of Natural History and vibing at Central Park. The hotel's location was clutch - easy access to the subway made it a breeze to get around. The staff was chill and even hooked us up with a sick room so we could party it up and crash in ultimate comfort.

One thing that would've taken our stay to the next level is if the hotel had a rooftop hangout spot for us to chill and keep the party going after our adventures in the city.

rooms are very light. [alarm beeping] we heard the music from the terrace and what was said in the hall. better are small for 3-4 people (2 better on 140x180 each). room was very poorly insulated. (badly installed heating/air conditioning). if the heating was very loud, you couldn't sleep, without heating it was really cold.

I chose this hotel for attending a team retreat because it provides a meeting room for up to 10 guests along with a 24-hour business center, safes that are big enough to fit laptops, and irons and ironing boards. These amenities were incredibly useful for our work purposes and enhanced our productivity during the stay.

One service that I missed for my work was a small refrigerator in the room to store some perishable items for our team meetings.

If I have to put some but, it is, cars are very soft, room for four people is very small, crystals are very dirty.

The comfort, the super delicious restaurant, the friendly waiters super attentive? The attentive chefs at the service. Really despite being a single person in the kitchen met my expectations, as New York has few restaurants for a good breakfast.

The only discomfort I received was at the check-in, since the girl who attended me was a little indisposed because according to me I didn't understand what she was saying but really it was her behind the computer that didn't move to pay more attention to me.

My recent stay was convenient with a cozy lobby, big beds, free Wi-Fi, and hot breakfast. The rooms were comfy, and I loved the balcony view. The pub served tasty food and local craft beers. I recommend it for business or leisure trips. The staff was helpful, and I even found a newspaper in the lobby. a solid choice for a New York trip. Plus, the museum nearby was a bonus! Four Points has very clean rooms with comfortable beds. the front desk staff, including Bob Kennedy, are super helpful and nice. Complimentary coffee in the cafe is a nice touch. Small details like individual reading lights and a remote-controlled AC/heat add to the comfort of the stay.

Very good location, 20 min walk from Times square and very good subway/bus combination. The fact that there was a free printing point in the Hall made our life easier as the coffee point. Before leaving we had a coffee, which for what I was waiting for was quite decent and with that we started the day in a different way

The only notable thing is that we left a pizza carton and two days later we had to take it down ourselves. Apart from that, they made our beds every day and changed our towels every day

we had our room overlooking the courtyard. there the other houses are being renovated or torn down. not a nice sight, it didn't bother us because there was no noise pollution.

I recently stayed at Four Points in Chelsea for a quick weekend getaway. The location of the hotel was perfect - just a block away from the subway station and surrounded by plenty of food and shopping options. The staff was incredibly friendly and efficient, and they even let us check into our room early. The room itself was comfortable and clean, with soft beds and a great city view on the top floors. I also loved the little touches, like the individual reading lights and the remote control for the AC/heat. a great stay!

location is excellent as it is in Chelsea, near the Flatiron and is a beautiful area. attention of the people is excellent, they always took care of our concerns. cleanliness of the room and access to the wifi always worked perfectly.

The rooms are a bit small and do not have a frigobar to have some fresh drinks. After walking all day is good (and is usual in hotels of this category). The price is a little high for what I'm used to pay .. but well .. is Manhattan.

Convenient location near subway stations. Helpful and welcoming staff, providing information on WiFi and complimentary coffee. The room was adequately sized for the city, with ample towels provided. Efficient check-in and out process. Comfortable room temperature with easily adjustable air conditioning.

However, the location was superb, with easy access to subway and Times Square. Staff was friendly and room amenities were great.

The location of Four Points was perfect for our trip. It was right in the center of all the places we had planned to visit. the staff were friendly and welcoming, always greeting us with a smile. the room exceeded our expectations, being modern, clean, and larger than we had anticipated for NYC. the hotel was conveniently located near public transportation and within walking distance of various attractions and restaurants.

The carpet in our room was greasy and dirty, quickly turning our socks black. the AC unit had mold and was loud, lacking an auto mode.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the Fashion District of NYC and it was truly exceptional. The hotel offered great value for money with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location was fantastic, as it was near all the landmarks I was visiting. The staff provided excellent service, always with a ready smile and were very informative. The rooms were spacious and clean, with a king bed and a fantastic view of either the Freedom Tower or the Empire State. Additionally, breakfast was included, which was a wonderful bonus.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The room with 2 beds was just perfect for our karaoke night with friends. The view of the Empire State Building was stunning, and the tea/coffee maker kept us going all night!

I wished the balcony was a bit more private.
